Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Larpz Wallet (the “Service”), including this website and its simulated checkout and code-delivery screens, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service or submit a payment.
2. Simulation-Only Service
Larpz Wallet is a simulation and novelty website provided for demonstrations, interface testing, education, and entertainment.
⚠ Important: The Service is not a real cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, payment account, license vendor, or financial product. It does not hold, send, receive, store, recover, or interact with cryptocurrency or other assets.
Wallet balances, order states, payment confirmations, addresses, activation flows, and access screens shown through the Service may be simulated. Nothing displayed by the Service is proof of funds, ownership, payment, identity, account access, or an on-chain transaction.
3. Dummy Codes Only
The Service does not provide genuine wallet credentials, software activation keys, redemption codes, private keys, seed phrases, API keys, or access to any third-party product.
Any code displayed after a simulated order or payment is a randomly generated dummy string for demonstration purposes only. It has no monetary value, grants no real license or entitlement, and will not unlock a real wallet, app, account, subscription, or financial service.
4. Crypto Payments
If you choose to send cryptocurrency through a checkout flow, you are paying only for access to the simulation experience and its dummy output. You are not purchasing cryptocurrency, a funded wallet, a real wallet code, a transferable license, an investment, or any promise of financial return.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Before paying, you are responsible for confirming the amount, asset, network, destination, and the simulation-only nature of what you will receive. Network fees and third-party processor fees may apply.
5. No Deceptive Use or Endorsement
We do not endorse, support, promote, or authorize deceptive fake-wallet applications or any use of simulated wallet material to mislead another person.
You must not use the Service, its screens, or any dummy code to:
- commit fraud, obtain money or property by deception, or create false proof of funds;
- impersonate a wallet provider, exchange, financial institution, support agent, investor, or another person;
- solicit deposits, investments, fees, credentials, seed phrases, private keys, or personal information;
- misrepresent a simulated balance, payment, transaction, account, or code as genuine;
- evade a platform rule, law-enforcement process, sanctions rule, or legal obligation; or
- cause financial, reputational, privacy, security, or other harm.
When sharing simulated material, you must clearly and prominently disclose that it is fictional and for simulation or entertainment only.
6. No Affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Phantom, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Exodus, Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tether, NOWPayments, any exchange, or any other wallet provider, blockchain project, payment processor, or financial institution.
Third-party names, interfaces, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify the visual or educational context of a simulation.
7. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may use the Service only where lawful and only for personal simulation, demonstration, education, or entertainment.
8. Refunds and Payment Issues
Because dummy output may be generated immediately after a payment is confirmed, payments are generally final once that output is displayed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a technical error prevents the simulation from displaying its dummy output after a confirmed payment, contact us with the order reference. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, or other wallet credentials.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service’s original code, written content, branding, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, and error-free operation.
All simulated balances, transactions, order states, and dummy codes are fictional and must not be relied upon for any financial, legal, identity, security, or verification purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larpz Wallet and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service, including loss caused by misuse, misrepresentation, an irreversible blockchain transfer, or reliance on simulated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the Service is being used unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in violation of these Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the simulation at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Rules
Applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws continue to apply. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.
15. Contact
For questions about these Terms or a technical payment issue, contact us through the official Larpz Wallet Telegram. Never send wallet credentials or secret recovery information.
